Assistant Director
Key tasks of the position:

  • Coordination and control of tasks and projects set by the manager (the main profile of tasks and projects: finance, economics, IT);
  • Monitoring the implementation of regulations and projects;
  • Interaction with key partners of the company (coordination of financial and legal issues of cooperation);
  • Preparation of presentations (work with texts and tables), letters, materials, analytical references;
  • Preparation of documents: writing press releases and regulations;
  • Preparation of separate management reports (on request);
  • Coordination of events, appointment of meetings;
  • Keeping minutes of meetings, recording the assigned tasks in the corporate task management system);
  • Coordination of office administrative tasks;
  • Execution and control of other orders of the manager.

Skills and knowledge:

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in a financial department;
  • Mandatory experience as an assistant manager of at least 1 year;
  • Understanding the economics and finances of the enterprise and the general principles of accounting and taxation;
  • Competent speech and high communication skills (necessary for interaction within the team and with external counterparties);
  • Ability to prepare presentations (work with text, tables and images);
  • Ability to plan and coordinate projects;
  • Confident IT user;
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information;
  • Higher education;
  • Personal qualities: flexibility of thinking, initiative, desire and ability to learn quickly, sociability, focus on results;
